Living sustainably is often a creative journey, so here's an entire page dedicated to sustainable living!

I have found several local refill stores where you can find several items to reduce packaging waste from shampoo & conditioner to spices. If you're local to Chicago or Nashville, these are two places I have checked out that are great.
Chicago - The Unwaste Shop
Nashville - Sage Refill Market
A great way to reduce waste, document life, and be creative! It's like scrapbooking but with junk. Whether it's wrappers, stickers, tickets, sugar packets, or a napkin, once you glue it or tape it to the page, it's now a documented memory. Such a fun way to commemorate your travels or your every-day while being a little less wasteful!

You can get these at target, marshals, online, or a local refill shop. Ultimately, you will save money not buying single use packs over and over.

Reuse a resealable plastic bag! I have rinsed these puppies out and used them again and again.

Tote Bags! Duh! I leave some in my car cause otherwise I usually forget them when I'm off to the store

Get some reusable produce bags for all that loose produce you're buying. I found mine at Marshal's, but you can find them all over.

When you do forget your tote(s) & produce bags, you can always reuse plastic bags for pets and smaller trash cans. Farewell, single-use!
Here at The Ream we believe that this planet we call home does not belong to us, we belong to it and we share it with all living things. It is often easier now to do harm than it is to do good and I wanted to make a hub that is ever-changing and expanding with new resources, recommendations, and ways that you can give back the warmth and light that our Mother Earth gives to us every day.
Be aware and LOVE YOUR MOTHER!
